Beautiful new beach home completely decorated in a mixture of Carribean and West Indies motif located in a gated community on the signature thirteenth green with fantastic views of the Gulf and directly across the street from one of three community pools.

On the terrace level there is second den with a complete wet bar and access to the spa. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, a professional ice maker and plenty of room for two cooks in the kitchen.

The main dune cross over is a short walk from “kiva seacrets” and leads to the spectacular half mile of
private beach. There is access to a elevator on every floor making it convenient for carrying groceries and luggage to second and third floor living areas.
